Introduction

DEIS has over a decade experience of creating an enterprising culture at large through its programme of Udyog Sadhana, Development Education programmes. DEIS has developed during these programmes resource material of videos, Cd’s and training materials.

In 2003, under a assignment of UNDP/DST, part of the above research was collated into training material of Enterprise Education for Vocational students.

Starting from Oct 2002 DEIS is engaged in a prestigious project Poverty Alleviation through Enterprise Development in India PAPTED.IN. This project is supported by CORDAID and Small Industries Development Bank of India, SIDBI. The latter project required DEIS to develop a web based Project Monitroing Implementation & Evaluation System (PROMIES).
